If rumors are to be believed, the iPhone 2021 series will look very similar to its predecessors. However, one of the devices could have a slightly larger camera, as is now claimed.

Tech blog 91Mobiles has published 3D renderings of the alleged iPhone 13 Pro receive, showing a largely familiar design with some interesting changes, including a smaller notch and a significantly larger camera system on the back. After renderings of the standard model were released yesterday by MySmartPrice published Now follow pictures that are supposed to show the Pro model.

The website explains that the images come from sources in the supply chain. The rumor that the notch is to be made smaller for the first time is now being documented almost daily. These renderings also "prove" the whole thing. But now the focus is on the camera system. According to the report, the camera system on the back could be larger overall. All elements within the camera bump are to be positioned further apart from each other. This could mean that the camera system on the Pro device could be just as large as the one on the Pro Max version. But what's the point of all this? The answer is sensor-shift stabilization.

iPhone 2021: The Pro version is increasing

It is believed that this year Apple will be bringing the sensor-shift stabilization introduced with the iPhone 12 Pro Max to the smaller Pro device. For this reason, it makes sense that the entire bump would increase in size a bit. According to the report, the iPhone 13 Pro measures 146.7 mm x 71.5 mm x 7.6 mm. This means that the iPhone 13 Pro would be 0.2 mm thicker than the iPhone 12 Pro, but the other dimensions would remain the same. 91Mobiles believes that the extra thickness could be used to accommodate a larger battery. An assumption that has already been made by Ming-Chi Kuo. Since 91Mobiles has been provided with correct circuit diagrams over the past few years, today's article is of course to be taken seriously. In addition, the whole thing confirms previous statements from various sources. (Photo by Unsplash / Onur Binay)
