Nice, FRANCE - December 13, 2021: Selective focus. Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max on the box. The latest 5G smartphone model from Apple Computers. Special type blue filter

Rumors about the iPhone 14 series have been documented for months. Now a picture of the display panels has leaked, confirming the notch replacement on the iPhone 14 Pro models.

The iPhone 14 series will most likely do without a mini version and will be replaced by a 6.1-inch model. In addition, the Pro models will have a higher display due to a new punch hole + pill design that replaces the notch. According to Saran Byte iPhone 14 panels have been leaked on Weibo, showing that the aspect ratio changes slightly on the Pro models (19:5:9 to 20:9), confirming previous reports.

iPhone 14 series: Announcement expected in September

As you can see in the image above, these are the four panels of the upcoming iPhone 14 series. While we can't say for sure that Apple will call the larger iPhone 14 "Max," various sources believe it will have the same 6.7-inch display as the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Whether the rumor mill will ultimately prove itself correct remains to be seen. Apple will most likely announce the new iPhone 14 series during a keynote in September.
