It is believed that Apple will introduce a large number of new products in the fall of 2022. Many different product lines are expected to be updated.
Apple's typical product launch schedule in recent years has seen the company unveil the majority of its products in the fall. The 2022 update could be the most comprehensive in recent memory. Apple is expected to unveil its usual iPhone lineup, the "iPhone 14," along with many other updates at the same time this year. To be precise, claimed Mark Gurman reveals in the latest edition of his "Power On" newsletter that Apple will be showcasing much more than usual. Gurman claims to have learned that Apple is saving some of its announcements specifically for the fall.
New iPhone, iPads, Mac and more
The list is believed to include a new, cheaper MacBook Pro, a large iMac, a redesigned Mac Pro, a brand new MacBook Air, AirPods Pro 2, a trio of Apple Watches, an iPad and iPad Pro updates. Given the scope of potential new releases, Apple could be planning multiple events, such as the trilogy of fall presentations in 2020. However, according to the report, the launch of new iPad Pro models could be brought forward. Gurman assumes that the iPhone SE 3, an update for the iPad Air and a possible high-end Mac will be presented at the spring event. Whether he will be right remains to be seen, of course.
