According to a new report, Apple expects stable iPhone 11 demand, with production orders expected to be the same as last year.
According to a Bloomberg report, Apple seems to be expecting stable demand for the new iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max and iPhone 11R models. Suppliers have been instructed to produce around 75 million devices by the end of the year. Although Apple no longer discloses specific sales figures, it can be assumed that the company is expecting stable demand, as production orders are the same as last year. Apple usually assesses demand after the market launch and adjusts production accordingly. Last year, iPhone sales were below average, mainly due to weak demand in China. This prompted Apple to reduce production of new devices several times. The development of the next iPhone generation remains all the more exciting.
iPhone 11 innovations at a glance
The iPhone 11 is expected to have a new camera system with three lenses. The successor to the iPhone XR will be the first to feature the already familiar dual camera. The upcoming iPhone will also be equipped with a new Taptic Engine and the more powerful A13 processor. In addition to the new camera system, all three iPhone devices support what is known as bilateral wireless charging. This means that users of an iPhone 2019 model can wirelessly charge accessories such as the AirPods or the Apple Watch on the back of their iPhone - third-party accessories should also be able to benefit from this feature.
