In 2016, Apple removed the headphone jack from the iPhone for the first time and from then on included the Lightning to jack adapter with new devices. Now that is changing.
It has been rumored for the past few months. Now Apple is serious. The small lightning-to-jack adapter will no longer be included with the new iPhones. In future, the plug will have to be purchased from Apple for 9 euros. Alternatively, it is also available from third parties for around 4.99 euros. However, one thing should be considered - when using the small adapter, the sound quality decreases.
