Apple updates Clips and iMovie for iOS

Apple updated its popular apps iMovie and Clips for iOS last night. Both applications now support dark mode and more.

iMovie and Clips are Apple's content creation apps and regularly receive new features. Both applications have now been updated for iOS and adapted to the new iOS 13. iMovie now has support for dark mode and the ability to access external hard drives. The new update also includes dark mode for Clips, as well as numerous other effects and styles. Below you will find a list of all the new features and improvements in full. iMovie version 2.2.8

  • Access files located on external hard drives, SD card readers and USB drives
  • Support for Dark Mode and the new Share Sheet in iOS 13
  • Automatically adjust the film music to the film length when adding film music in the project settings
  • Performance and stability improvements

Clips Version 2.0.7

  • Choose from 19 animated emoji stickers, including confetti popping candies, spinning hearts and bouncing music notes
  • Get in the holiday spirit with three poster styles including an embossed snowflake card, a red Lunar New Year envelope and burning candles
  • Support for dark mode and the new share sheet in iOS 13
  • Provides performance and stability improvements
