This is probably the biggest leak in iOS history. Never before have so many features been revealed so early as in the case of iOS 14. Now there are also new details about Apple Pay.

The US blog 9to5mac has discovered a line of code that provides support for AliPay. According to this, users should be able to link AliPay with Apple Pay from iOS 14 onwards. AliPay is a platform for mobile and online payments and is known to belong to the Alibaba Group. The provider is said to have a customer base of over a billion users - insane. The majority of users are in mainland China. But Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and South Korea are also strongly represented on AliPay. AliPay's efforts to provide strong buyer protection and excellent customer support now seem to have convinced Apple as well.

working with over 65 financial institutions

According to AliPay, it is working with over 65 financial institutions. The service supports transactions via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and more. The partners also include well over half a million Chinese companies. So the new cooperation in the pipeline should come as no surprise. Apple Pay is on the rise and could become the leader in mobile payment with the help of AliPay. Here you can find all iOS 14 Leaks at a Glance. (Photo by Mercigod / Bigstockphoto)
