Apple has introduced a new feature called “Optimized Battery Charging” in iOS 13. This is designed to extend the overall battery life of an iOS device.
Never have problems with iPhone battery life again, that would be awesome – iOS 13 This is supposed to make it possible. The new feature can be found in the battery section of the settings under "Battery Health" – it learns from the user's personal habits and analyzes charging behavior. The result is a customized adaptation of the feature to the user and ensures less wear and tear on the iPhone battery.
The iPhone is willing to learn under iOS 13
For example, if you leave your iPhone plugged in every night, Apple's new feature detects this and only charges the iPhone to 80 percent. The remaining 20 percent is finally charged approximately one hour before you get up. The iPhone thus delays a full charge to preserve the overall battery health—the feature is designed to keep the "Maximum Capacity" at 100 percent for significantly longer.
Apple writes that the feature will be useful for users in the long run. Users simply need to enable the "Optimized Battery Charging" feature via the "Settings" in the "Battery" menu in iOS 13.
