But he does anticipate "major changes to windows and multitasking, especially on the iPad." However, there's more to report on iOS 16 and tvOS 16. Gurman writes:
WWDC 2022: Apple will present iOS 16 and Co.
In Messages, I expect more social network-like features, especially for audio messages. The Apple TV operating system tvOS will get more smart home features while the Mac will get some redesigned apps and a much-needed overhaul of System Preferences to make them more consistent with iOS's settings, including organizing settings by app.
The Bloomberg journalist believes the Health app "probably won't expand to the iPad and Mac," but it will "receive many new features that work with the iPhone in iOS 16 and the Apple Watch." Gurman concludes by stating that Apple won't unveil any new hardware at WWDC 2022. Should the company change its mind, the only candidate would be the completely redesigned MacBook Air with the M2 chip. (Photo by Unsplash / Jeremy Bezanger)
