Apple Mixed Reality Headset: Reports on the launch remain contradictory
Gurman reports that Apple will have a "clear story for developers" about how they can use the headset and will spend a large portion of the conference showcasing its own app store and tools. Asked when the headset will be available to the public, Gurman replies that it will be released "in time for the holiday season," as it won't be available for "a few months," giving developers time to gain experience with the headset. Gurman's report contradicts analyst Ming-Chi Kuo's claim that Apple isn't "optimistic" about unveiling the headset in June and suggests that an announcement could be delayed again.
