After Apple officially stopped selling the iMac Pro earlier this year, it is now releasing the corresponding Magic accessories in Space Gray, which are available separately.
With the launch of the iMac Pro in 2017, Apple introduced matching Magic accessories, including a mouse, keyboard, and trackpad in Space Gray. Initially, the accessories were sold exclusively with the iMac Pro. In March 2018, the accessories hit shelves and could be purchased separately. That's it. In the Apple Online Store, all three products—the Magic Mouse 2, Magic Keyboard, and the Space Gray trackpad—were marked "While supplies last." This indicates that this version of the Mac accessory will be discontinued. If you like the color, you'd better act quickly. But beware—all three accessories are currently available on Amazon. The difference to the Apple Online Store is the price. This means that if you want the accessories and want to save money (up to $201,000), you should buy them from Amazon. We have all three products for you. in our Amazon Storefront – in the Magic Accessories section.
M1 iMac brings new colors into play
With the new M1 iMac introduced last month, Apple also introduced a new version of the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID (compatible only with M1 Macs), as well as colorful and slightly redesigned versions of the Magic Trackpad and Magic Mouse. However, these accessories are currently only sold with the M1 iMac and are not available separately. The fact that these space gray accessories are being discontinued does not necessarily mean that a future iMac will no longer be available in space gray. Instead, we would expect any future space gray iMac to include the latest versions of the accessories with Touch ID and other changes.
