It seems that Apple is once again having problems with its own servers this week. As reported by some users on social networks - including in our community - both Apple Music and iTunes are partially offline.
When attempting to access some Apple Music tabs, the iTunes Store, or Apple ID settings, some users encounter an endlessly spinning wheel or unfamiliar error messages. One of the messages mentions "an error occurred" without further details.

It is unclear whether the outage affects people all over the world or only in some regions. system status page on the Apple website also confirms problems with Apple Music. Earlier this week, iCloud Mail and other Apple web services also suffered an outage affected, which lasted several hours. If there is further news on this, we will update the article. Apple has now updated the system status website. Previously, problems with Apple Music and other services were noted. Now everything seems to be working again.
