Apple will announce its fourth-quarter 2021 results on Thursday. Now analysts believe Apple will post new record sales.
According to Yahoo Finance treasure Wall Street analysts expect Apple to report revenue of $118.3 billion for the quarter that ran from late September to late December. This would set a new record for Apple, surpassing the $111.4 billion it posted in the same quarter last year.
Fall 2021: Apple introduced many new products
New products launched in the fourth quarter included the iPhone 13, Apple Watch Series 7, sixth-generation iPad mini, ninth-generation iPad, third-generation AirPods, and redesigned 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models. Apple also introduced the HomePod mini in three new colors and added a polishing cloth - the iLappen - to its lineup. Apple has posted strong earnings throughout the pandemic, with its devices and services in particularly high demand over the past two years.
