The popular short message service Twitter has received a new update – the iPad version has been redesigned.
Until now, the iPad version of Twitter has had the same design as the iPhone. But now that is set to change. The new interface is very reminiscent of the short message service's web application and offers an expanded view. This means that more information can be obtained without further interaction. Overall, the new design makes better use of the large screen - both in portrait and landscape format.
Availability varies
Since the new design is currently being rolled out, it is not yet available to every iPad user. According to initial reports, the iPad app is failing completely for some users, while others have already received the new interface. It could be a few days before the new design is available to everyone. So it's worth checking the application regularly. (Photo by bigtunaonline / Bigstockphoto)
