Shortcut sharing for shortcuts created on iOS more than a week ago all no longer works. Interestingly, no other iCloud sharing features seem to be affected.
Shortcuts users on iOS are reporting serious issues with previously shared link collections. Any Shortcut sharing link that wasn't created within the last few days fails with the error message "Shortcut not found." Any user can share a shortcut with friends or others online by creating a link in the Shortcuts app on iOS. The link, called an "iCloud link" by Apple, is accessible via the "Share" button in any shortcut and can be copied or sent directly to someone.
Shortcuts: Has Apple made changes in the backend?
The process works correctly for all newly shared shortcuts, but fails for all shortcuts shared within the last few days. Shortcuts hosted in Apple's Gallery, on the other hand, appear to be unaffected. Apple has not yet commented on the backend changes it presumably introduced to iCloud sharing. Until Apple reverses the changes or fixes the broken links in some way, individual users are currently left with no choice but to recreate each shortcut individually. Matthew Cassinelli has reported the issue on both Reddit and Twitter highlighted. Owners of websites that host hundreds of shortcuts in some cases confirm that the problem is universal.
