We are aware of an issue where previously released shortcuts are currently unavailable. Newly released shortcuts are available and we are working to restore previously released shortcuts as quickly as possible.
The announcement does not say when shared shortcuts will be "available" again. However, the explanation should allay concerns that the already shared shortcuts will never work again. Last week, the shortcuts gallery went down for about a day. However, the restoration is said to have worked without any problems.
