It's not the first time that new products have appeared in the code of a beta or final version of an operating system. The latest discovery: a new generation of Beats.
The newly discovered Powerbeats Pro are most likely the successors to the Powerbeats 3 generation. The biggest difference to the predecessor: they are no longer wired. The code shows several images of the new Powerbeats Pro. They are stored in a case similar to the AirPods. Nothing is known about the technical specifications so far - it is assumed that the previously unknown headphones are similar to the AirPods on the inside.
Market launch expected soon
Whether features like "Hey Siri" will be integrated remains to be seen. According to the description, the headphones will be available in two color versions: black and white. Since Apple has already integrated the Powerbeats Pro into iOS 12.2, a release of the headphones is expected soon.
