Apple has now introduced the Click & Collect offer in German stores.

The Click & Collect principle describes a process in which an online order is picked up in a stationary retail store. The new business model is particularly popular in times like these. In January there was already speculation that Apple would also offer the whole thing in the 15 Apple Stores in this country. Now the time has come. The company has announced special business hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This means that customers can order a product online and arrange a pick-up time at the nearest Apple Store. On the official website is it [called:

At the moment you can come to us to pick up your Click & Collect order or if you have reserved an appointment for Genius Support. Other visits to the store are unfortunately not possible. However, we are happy to hand over your order to you and provide you with support.

In addition, Apple is once again offering support at the Genius Bar starting today. Anyone who needs help can now make an appointment again. (Image: Apple)

Apple devices here aren't test units for a fortnight but everyday tools: from the iPhone to the MacBook Pro, MacBook Air and iMac through to the Apple Vision Pro, at least one device from nearly every product category is in daily use, many of them replaced annually. Every menu path in a guide is verified on the device before it goes live.
