M1 MacBook Pro

Tambov, Russian Federation - July 09, 2020 Unboxing new MacBook Pro.

The online description of the MacBook Pro series hints at an M1 16-inch MacBook Pro. However, the whole thing can only be seen on the German Apple website.

This is the description of the currently available Intel-based model, so it's more of a labeling error than the reveal of a new product. According to Flo's Weblog, a reader used the Apple Store app and searched for the 16-inch MacBook Pro. After finding the device and selecting a configuration, he used the app's Share extension to send the link as a message to a friend.

Interestingly, this text only appears if you select the respective MacBook configuration within Germany. This means that the text does not appear in other regions. New 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with Apple Silicon Chip have been promised by industry insiders for months. If current reports are to be believed, the devices will be introduced in the third quarter of this year. (Photo by Ekaterina79 / Bigstockphoto)
