Apple starts fifth beta round

Apple released the fifth developer beta of iOS 12.2, watchOS 5.2, tvOS 12.2 and macOS Mojave 10.14.4 this evening.

After just one week, Apple has now started the fifth round of developer betas for all four systems. As expected, Apple has switched to a weekly update cycle. In this phase, only errors are fixed - no new features are to be expected. This also indicates that the final versions will be launched soon.

The new macOS 10.14.4 offers, among other things, support for Smart TVs in Apple's Home app, Apple News in Canada - for the first time with bilingual support, French and English, and other changes. In addition to new Animojis, Apple has also updated the Control Center in iOS 12.2.
