In a viral TikTok video, a former Apple Store employee revealed a special program that allows retail employees to surprise customers with additional perks.
TikTok user @Tanicornerstone explained the alleged program in a response to a video, which explores "secrets only the staff know." She explained that customers who are rude will, of course, receive service but will have to pay for it. However, she added that each staff member apparently has a certain number of "Surprise and Delight" tickets, which they can use to go above and beyond the usual service for "truly amazing" customers.

I've often seen people come in with water damage that they're not allowed to replace without a fee. But the geniuses used the "Surprise and Delight" program to give someone a free replacement device.
Other commenters on the TikTok video confirmed the claim, including customers who received exceptional service as well as other former Apple Retail employees.
I have worked in Apple Retail and can confirm this is 1000% true.
