Apple is planning to introduce a subscription bundle called Apple One. After several rumors, new evidence has now been discovered that confirms this.
Apple One is supposed to include various services such as Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+ and more. The idea is to book various subscriptions in a package and save money. After clues were already discovered in the code, Apple itself has now indirectly confirmed the whole thing. The company registered a whole series of corresponding domains yesterday (via MacRumors). According to this, the new subscription package will indeed be marketed under the name "Apple One." Recall: Some observers originally assumed the name was a placeholder. Be that as it may, even though Apple probably won't end up using all of the domain names, it's typical for the company to secure numerous variations to ensure that others don't have control over them. Registered domains include:
Two important domain endings are missing
- appleone.audio
- appleone.blog
- appleone.chat
- appleone.cloud
- appleone.club
- appleone.community
- appleone.film
- appleone.guide
- appleone.host
- appleone.space
- appleone.tech
- appleone.website
Although the full contact information for the domain registrations is blacked out for privacy reasons, there is no doubt that they belong to Apple. The fact that all domains point to Apple's name servers at least leaves no room for doubt. Interestingly, however, both appleone.com and appleone.net are not included. The reason for this is that both domains have belonged to someone else for over ten years. Whether Cupertino will try to take over the domains remains to be seen. According to an initial analysis, appleone.net could be easier to obtain because the domain is not actively used. However, the situation is different with appleone.com. This domain belongs to a fairly large employment agency, which is why the Internet address is also actively used.

What we can actually expect from Apple One
As explained above, Apple One will include the various services. However, Apple One could be available in several tiers. Currently, there is speculation that the first tier could include Apple Music and Apple TV+, while the second tier could include both services along with Apple Arcade. The third tier will also include Apple News+. Furthermore, it is also possible that another package will include all services along with iCloud storage. The bundle is expected to be unveiled on Tuesday, September 15, as part of the "Time Flies" event. So, we will have to wait a little longer. In the meantime, 9to5mac discover further references in the iOS 14 code. According to them, there are entries called "Cancel Apple One" and "Keep Apple One." Thus, there is no longer any doubt that Apple One is coming soon. AirPods Pro on special offer at Amazon – available now. (Image: Apple)
