The domain AppleOriginalProductions.com has a new owner. According to official documents, Apple Inc. has purchased this domain.

The domain AppleOriginalProductions.com now belongs to Apple Inc. However, when you open the web address, no website or redirect appears - as expected. It is not currently known whether Apple is planning a new website in the future. Securing certain domain names is not unusual, even if they are never used in the end. However, it does show that Apple is tackling new projects.

What could AppleOriginalProductions.com be used for?

As the name suggests, this is likely referring to Apple's original productions on Apple TV+. Since the company is interested in additional original content, a dedicated domain would make sense. Alternatively, it could of course also be the case that Cupertino is simply reserving a name to prevent anyone else from using it. So far, AppleOriginalProductions appears to be solely a .com address. However, there is another theory. Recently, it was reported that Apple plans to introduce a subscription bundle in October. This will presumably include Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, and Apple News+. A digital fitness program could also be part of this package. It is called Apple One. In addition, the company is rumored to be planning to produce its own podcast content. produce. So the whole thing could be connected. Let's wait and see. (Image: Apple)
