The rumors surrounding the iPhone 12 cover a lot. From the design to the features and the development process, everything is included. But what about prices?
This year, Apple is expected to introduce four iPhone devices of the 12th generation. The new iPhone 12 series will consist of a 5.4-inch, two 6.1-inch and a 6.7-inch device. They will all have a new design and will probably have 5G support. The differences will mainly be in the camera area - according to the majority of all rumors. A few believe that only two of the four devices could appear in the new design - but there is little evidence of this so far. Another and above all promising feature is the display. All four iPhone models are said to have an OLED panel, with two of the devices probably getting a ProMotion display. But how much exactly will the iPhone 12 models cost? The well-known YouTuber now wants to answer this question Jon Prosser have an answer. According to his latest tweet, the price breakdown will look like this:
- iPhone 12 with 5.4-inch: $649
- iPhone 12 with 6.1-inch: $749
- iPhone 12 Pro with 6.1-inch: $999
- iPhone 12 Pro Max with 6.7-inch: $1,099
Market launch possible in October/November
These figures are said to be the starting prices of the respective models. According to this, Apple plans to appeal to as wide an audience as possible this year by making devices available in both the mid-range and upper price ranges. Prosser has already proven to be well informed in the past, most recently with the iPhone SE 2020. Whether he will be right in this case remains to be seen. However, due to the different sizes and features, these price models cannot be ruled out. The presentation of the iPhone 12 The series could take place in September, as every year. However, the market launch is not expected to start before October. Some sources suggest October and in some cases even November. The reason for these delays is the global COVID-19 crisis.
