In just a few days, an exciting and, above all, rumor-filled year will end - but there is still a treat to be revealed just before the turn of the year. We're talking about the upcoming iPad Pro 4.

There are plenty of rumors about the next iPad Pro generation. Most observers expected a presentation in autumn 2019 - but in vain. Analysts believe that it will be presented in 2020 - this would also fit in with the previous rhythm in this area. But what will the new professional tablet look like? What features will it have? There are already initial indications of this. According to the latest rumor, the new iPad Pro will have a 3D camera, with the camera module looking similar to that of the iPhone 11 Pro.

Renderings based on design leaks

This means that the iPad Pro 4 will supposedly have a triple camera. But what will it all look like in the end? New renderings could tell us that. The renderings created by OnLeaks are supposed to show the upcoming iPad Pro generation. These are based on design leaks - according to the report. According to this, both the 11-inch and the 12.9-inch models will have a triple camera. While the smaller device will have an aluminum back, the larger Pro model will have a glass back. Apart from these two differences, the new iPad Pro devices will be similar to their predecessors from 2018.

Renderings should be taken seriously

But how seriously should we take these renderings? On January 7, 2019, Steve H. McFly - OnLeaks - published the first renderings of what would later become the iPhone 11 Pro. At the time, hardly anyone took the images based on design leaks seriously - read the report. Now history seems to be repeating itself, only with reference to the iPad Pro. Since OnLeaks was right once, a second hit would not be entirely unrealistic. The report published on iGeeksBlog also states that the new professional tablet could be released as early as spring 2020. This statement confirms previous speculation about the release date. In addition to the new iPad Pro 4, the successor to the iPhone SE is also expected. If you want to see all the renderings, you can find them below on iGeeksBlog. (Photo by hadrian / Bigstockphoto)
