According to current rumors, Apple is planning to introduce the second generation of AirPods Pro soon. Now images have been shared that supposedly show the AirPods Pro 2.
The anonymous Twitter leaker "Mr. White" has already published Apple's plans and images of internal hardware several times. Now he has two new images divided, which supposedly depict the AirPods Pro 2. The images show different-sized system-on-chip enclosures intended for the yet-to-be-released "AirPods Pro 2." Specifically, these are the SoC enclosures for the H1 processor and its successor. If the images are authentic, Apple could present the new in-ear buds in two different sizes. However, there is another reason that could explain the two sizes.

AirPods Pro 2: Does Apple have problems with the new design?
Reports from Bloomberg suggest that the second generation of AirPods Pro will have a more compact design that eliminates the short stem that protrudes from the bottom. The new Pro version of the earbuds could have a rounded shape that is more similar to earbuds from companies like Google and Samsung. With this design, it would make sense to offer different sizes for a better fit. But there are also reports that Apple There are said to be problems with the construction. The stem could therefore remain. This would at least explain the designs that Mr. White shared. The leaker did not provide any information about the release date. According to various reports, it is currently believed that it will appear sometime in 2021. However, there have also been rumors that early 2022 is a possibility. It remains to be seen what Apple ultimately decides. (Photo by Daria Sakharova / Bigstockphoto)
