Apple released watchOS 7.0.3 (build number 18R410) for all Apple Watch users this evening.
Apple released an Apple Watch update for all users a few days ago. Version 7.0.2 was supposed to fix problems with the battery and the ECG app. Now watchOS 7.0.3 has been released. The new update with the build number 18R410 is only intended for the Apple Watch Series 3. Users of other models will not be able to use the new version watchOS 7.0.3 fixes the unexpected reboots some users have experienced. The new version can be downloaded via the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone under General in the "Software Update" section. To install the new software, the Apple Watch must have at least 50 percent battery, be placed on a charger, and be within range of the iPhone. Below is the full update description.
