The updates for iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS Ventura 13.3 and tvOS 16.4 add support for the PlayStation 5 DualSense Edge wireless controller so that it can be used with Apple devices.
Although it launched in January, the new PlayStation controller hasn't been supported on Apple devices until now. Just last month, some PlayStation users complained about the lack of support. Sony unveiled the DualSense Edge back in October. It's "ultra-customizable" and features standard, high-dome, and low-dome caps, half-dome rear buttons, and rear lever buttons, allowing pro gamers to swap out their controllers.
