Yesterday evening, Apple released the first preview of iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2, tvOS 15.2 and watchOS 8.3 to registered developers. Below is an overview.

The App Privacy Report is one of the new features in iOS 15 that Apple announced at WWDC 2021 presented It is a new privacy feature that allows users to see how often apps have accessed their sensitive data such as location, photos, camera, microphone and contacts in the last seven days. It also shows which apps have contacted other domains and how often they have contacted them. Thanks to the feature, users can keep an eye on what apps are doing in the background. The app privacy report can be called up in the settings, in the "Privacy" section. If you want to use the function, you must activate it in advance.

Emergency call SOS

Auto Call, the feature that lets you make emergency calls using a series of key combinations, has been updated in iOS 15.2. You can now press the side button multiple times quickly to trigger the emergency call, or hold down the side button and volume button together. In addition, the countdown has been increased from three seconds to a full eight seconds.

As mentioned on Reddit, the notification overview has a new look with a card-like view that makes it easier to see what's in the overview at a glance.

According to the code of iOS 15.2 adds the update adds the "Communication Safety" feature, which Apple announced this summer.
