iOS 14.3 & more: Apple starts new beta phase [Update]

Apple rolled out the final version of macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 to all users worldwide this evening. The first beta of iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, tvOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2 and Xcode 12.3 have now been made available.

Apple released a series of new updates today. While users around the world try to download macOS Big Sur, Apple's servers have to cope with the rush. In most cases, the downloads are aborted - Apple's developer page has already given up several times and could not be accessed at times. So while many users are trying to download the latest Mac operating system, a new beta phase has started. Accordingly, iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, tvOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2 and Xcode 12.3 are available for download in the first beta. It is currently not known what new features iOS 14.3 includes. As soon as we know more, we will provide a separate summary as usual.

Update:

The beta updates mentioned above are no longer available. Apple seems to have withdrawn the new versions. The reason for this is currently unknown. Since the company is struggling with server problems, it is safe to assume that this is the reason. Of course, the release could also have been accidental - at least it wouldn't be the first time. In fact, iOS 14.3 and Co. were made publicly available before the versions were withdrawn and made available as beta builds. So things seem to be a bit haywire in Cupertino. As soon as the builds are available again, we will update the article.
