Apple today officially stopped signing iOS 13.1.2 & iOS 13.1.3. This means that users can no longer switch from iOS 13.2 to either version.

Apple released iOS 13.2 for all iPhone users about a week ago, adding more features, fixing bugs and making additional performance improvements. Now the signing of iOS 13.1.2 and iOS 13.1.3 officially stopped. If this happens, it means that users are no longer able to upgrade to the previous version via PC/Mac. This is completely normal and is intended to motivate iPhone users to update and prevent a possible jailbreak impede.

iOS 13.3 in the testing phase

iOS 13.3 is currently in the first preview. It is currently not possible to estimate how many beta rounds will be required before the final release. The new version is primarily intended to fix bugs and provide a few small new features - more on this in our SummaryBelow you will find out which features have been integrated into iOS 13.2.
