Apple releases a new iOS every fall. The new software often brings new features and improvements.
Many users know this, some even take part in Apple's beta program and thus get an early insight into what awaits us. However, there are still many users who do not know about this rhythm. This is usually because they have little or no knowledge of the topic. That's why Apple is now drumming up publicity. Anyone who has the "Tips" app on their iDevice and push notifications active will have already noticed. Apple is using the application to inform users that iOS 12 will be released soon. However, an exact date is not given here.
Performance screw & clearer notification center
Since iOS 12 was announced, Apple has described several functions on its own homepage and quietly promoted them. Now some of these are also explained via the app in question. The tweaks to the performance are particularly highlighted here. The grouped notifications are also mentioned - these have also been particularly praised by previous beta testers. This makes the notification center clearer, among other things. The tips are of course, as usual, adapted to the respective device and country.

Apple's keynote will take place on September 12th. That evening, the iCompany will announce a date for the release of iOS 12. The major update will probably be available to all users a week later. Apple usually releases the new iOS two to three days before the market launch of new iPhone models.
