As part of today's series announcements, Apple has revealed a completely new title. "Central Park," an animated musical comedy, is set to be released this summer.
The musical comedy “Central Park”, animated by Emmy winner Loren Bouchard, is also set to become a new exclusive title for Apple TV+. This is stated in Apple’s press release:
Central Park is an animated musical comedy about the Tillermans, a family who live in Central Park. Owen, the park manager, and Paige, his journalist wife, raise their children Molly and Cole in the world's most famous park while fending off hotel heiress Bitsy Brandenham and her long-suffering assistant Helen, who would like nothing more than to turn the park into condominiums.
According to Apple, the new series consists of a total of 13 half-hour episodes. "Central Park" was written and produced by Emmy winner Loren Bouchard ("Bob's Burgers") together with Josh Gad ("Frozen") and Nora Smith ("Bob's Burgers"). The series comes from 20th Century Fox Television. However, a specific start date was not given. The series is set to premiere at the beginning of this summer. (Image: Apple TV+)
