Apple today released tvOS 15.5.1 & audioOS 15.5.1, two small updates for the Apple TV and HomePod.
Apple released new versions for Apple TV, HomePod, etc. about 10 days ago and has now provided a patch for home entertainment. The update can be downloaded on the Apple TV via the Settings app by going to System -> Software Update. On the HomePod, the update can be carried out via the Home app.
tvOS 15.5.1 & audioOS 15.5.1 fix bugs and improve performance
Apple's tvOS updates are typically smaller, focusing on bug fixes, performance improvements, and small optimizations rather than major, outward-facing changes. Apple does not provide detailed release notes for its tvOS updates. But the company presents some tvOS information in its tvOS support document.
