Apple Fitness+ in focus for possible subscription changes
Apple Fitness+ is reportedly under review and could change. Find out what Apple has in mind for the service and its future...
With Apple Fitness+, Apple launched its own fitness subscription in December 2020, available in German since the end of 2025. The service covers guided workouts across categories such as HIIT, strength training, yoga, pilates, dance, mindful cooldown, treadmill, rowing and cycling, as well as audio walks and audio meditations. Apple Watch integration is especially deep: training metrics, activity rings and heart rate appear in real time on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV. Apple Fitness+ is part of Apple One and can be shared with up to five additional people via Family Sharing.
Apfelpatient bundles the ongoing coverage of the service under this tag: new trainers and workout programs, seasonal challenges, exclusive Apple Watch awards, partnerships such as the Strava Challenge, the rollout of German-language content, and strategic developments around the future of the service – including leadership changes within the fitness team and potential repositioning.
Anyone wanting to fit Apple Fitness+ smoothly into their everyday routine and never miss a program premiere will find the right answers on this tag page.
