It will be easier for gamers to share PS5 screenshots with their iOS devices in the future. Sony will offer users the ability to automatically upload PS5 screenshots and videos to the PlayStation Mobile app.
The new feature will be released gradually, starting in America. Users must have the latest version of the PlayStation app downloaded on their iOS or Android device. From the Twitter post shows:
We're gradually rolling out the ability to share your PS5 gaming experiences via the PS App to more regions! Starting in the Americas, with more countries to follow next month.
How to find your PS5 gaming experiences
After enabling this feature, game recordings and screenshots will be automatically uploaded to the cloud. This also applies to videos that weren't recorded in 4K and are less than three minutes long, as well as screenshots from the "Create" menu or the "Create" button shortcuts. The content will be available in the PlayStation app for 14 days. Within the app, users can share this content with friends on the PlayStation Network, save it to their device, or post it on social media. A PlayStation Plus subscription isn't required for this feature. Whether we'll get the feature here next month remains to be seen. (Photo by inmicco / Bigstockphoto)
