Siri has apparently revealed ahead of time that Apple is planning a virtual event on Tuesday, April 20. During this presentation, Apple could introduce new iPad Pro models as well as AirTags.
When asked “When is the next Apple event?” Siri currently responds with “The special event is on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, CA. You can find all the details at Apple.com.” If that actually happens, the event will most likely be a recording. Interestingly, however, Siri does not always provide this information (via MacRumors). In many cases, the smart assistant refers you to the Apple website for information about events.
Apple Event: Official invitation still pending
However, since new products are expected this month, it is safe to assume that the information is correct. If the event does indeed take place on April 20, Apple will make it official later today. The company typically sends out invitations about a week before the event. Bloomberg has already reported that Apple is planning to unveil a brand new 12.9-inch iPad Pro with new miniLED display technology. In addition, Apple is now expected to finally unveil the AirTags. So the whole thing should certainly be exciting. (Photo by Unsplash / Paul Hanaoka)
