In just under four weeks, Apple will probably present the new iPhone generation. In addition to countless rumors about features and functions, a report has now surfaced that contains details about the display.
A new report by The Elec According to reports, the iPhone 11 display will feature the same materials as Samsung's Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10. The iPhone X and iPhone XS display material is said to be known under the codename "LT2." The iPhone 11's OLED screen will contain materials referred to as "M9"—so The ElecSamsung's Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 are also said to feature "M9." Although Samsung is Apple's primary supplier of OLED displays, Cupertino has typically used other materials for its iPhone panels. It's unclear why Apple would now forgo its own creation.
