Instagram has already been inspired by TikTok with “Reals”. Now another feature is following – “Remix”.
After the Remix function for the Reels area was previously available in beta, Instagram now plans to roll out the feature to all users. But what exactly is Remix in Reels? The new feature is something similar to what TikTok offers with its Duets function. Basically, users can react to another person's video or interact with it and add something creative to it. Instagram is promoting the whole thing on Twitter as follows:

Now you can use the Remix feature in Reels to create your own Reel alongside an existing one. Whether you're capturing your reaction, replying to friends, or adding your own magic to trends, Remix is another way to collaborate on Instagram.
If you want to try it out, you can do it as follows:
- Click on the share button
- Remix This Reel
- Now start recording your video
Of course, the latest version of the app is required. It is possible to use Reels with other functions, such as speeding up the video, writing, adding filters and more.
