In a new report, Strategy Analytics estimates around 60 million units sold in 2019. In the Christmas quarter alone, Cupertino is said to have sold AirPods worth around four billion US dollars. Strategy Analytics assumes that the growth of AirPods and the entire market for wireless headphones will continue. The news channel Bloomberg already predicted sales of 60 million in November. The new AirPods Pro are available for 279 euros, while the second generation of the popular plugs costs around 175 euros. The special thing about the AirPods Pro is the new ANC function.
