As a result, former employees retain access to files without knowing or wanting it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding Tang Tan, who spent 24 years at Apple and co-founded the hardware company io Products, OpenAI explains that he always made it clear to the team that confidential information from other companies must not be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-der-streit-um-den-verwechselten-nachnamen\">The dispute over the confused surname<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Particularly awkward for Apple is the portrayal of the backstory. Apple had stated that it contacted OpenAI in February and received no response.
