Apple has released the Release Candidate of iOS 26.5. iPadOS 26.5, macOS 26.5 ("Tahoe"), watchOS 26.5, tvOS 26.5, and visionOS 26.5 are also available as Release Candidates. The Release Candidate is generally the final version, which will be released to all users in the coming days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the release of the Release Candidate, the multi-week beta phase of iOS 26.5 comes to an end. Following Beta 1<\/a>, Beta 2<\/a>, Beta 3<\/a>, and Beta 4<\/a>, this is the version that Apple considers ready for release. The RC is functionally identical to the final update \u2013 provided no critical bugs are discovered, this exact build will be delivered to all users.
