The iPhone 19e is not expected to be released until early 2028, but it is already providing the first concrete hints of new technology. The focus is on a possible display upgrade that could significantly enhance the most affordable iPhone series.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple traditionally reserves important display features for its more expensive models. The 120Hz ProMotion technology, in particular, has not been available in the entry-level segment until now. This could change with the iPhone 19e, although nothing is certain yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A report from ZDNet Korea<\/a> suggests that the iPhone 19e could feature an LTPO OLED display. This type of display can dynamically adjust its refresh rate between 1 Hz and 120 Hz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple already uses the same technology in the iPhone 17 series and the iPhone Air. For the "e" series, this would be a clear improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
