At a company-wide employee meeting, CEO Tim Cook announced that the company will actively lobby the US government on the issue of immigration. He emphasized that America is strongest when it lives up to its highest ideals, treats every person with dignity and respect, and prioritizes shared humanity regardless of origin or identity. This stance, he added, is something Apple has always stood for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
