A new roadmap from the NFC Forum shows which technical innovations are planned for the coming years and which of them are particularly relevant for the iPhone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NFC Forum is the world's leading standards organization for near-field communication. It determines how NFC will develop technically and which standards device manufacturers will implement. Apple is a member of the NFC Forum's board of directors.
