The feature hasn't been officially released yet. While the Support app was last updated on the same day as the Terms of Service\u2014July 15\u2014the assistant hasn't been found yet. However, there are previous examples where Apple has prepared new features in the background before rolling them out publicly. It's likely that the rollout will begin soon. Currently, the new Terms of Service are only available on Apple's US website. This suggests that the feature will initially be available exclusively in the US.
