The Chinese Weibo account "Instant Digital" reports<\/a> that the upcoming iPhone 17 Air will launch with a battery capacity of less than 3,000 mAh. Specifically, they're talking about around 2,800 mAh. This would be a significant step down from current iPhones, which usually have larger capacities.
