Das Problem ist nicht selten \u2013 vor allem nach einem Ger\u00e4tewechsel kommt es \u00f6fter vor, dass die Watch sich nicht koppeln l\u00e4sst oder wichtige Daten fehlen. Hier erf\u00e4hrst du Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt, wie du deine Apple Watch richtig mit dem neuen iPhone verbindest, welche Optionen du hast \u2013 mit oder ohne altes iPhone \u2013 und was du tun kannst, wenn beim Koppeln etwas schiefl\u00e4uft.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Apple Watch ist eng mit dem iPhone verkn\u00fcpft. Wenn du das iPhone wechselst, muss auch die Watch neu eingerichtet oder \u00fcbertragen werden. Damit das klappt, m\u00fcssen Uhr, iPhone und iCloud oft perfekt zusammenspielen. Je nachdem, ob du dein altes iPhone noch hast, ob ein Backup vorhanden ist und ob du iCloud benutzt, gibt es verschiedene Wege. Du richtest zuerst dein neues iPhone ein und meldest dich bei iCloud an. Danach \u00f6ffnest du die Apple Watch App auf dem neuen iPhone und startest die Kopplung. Du wirst gefragt, ob du ein Backup wiederherstellen willst \u2013 w\u00e4hle hier das aktuellste aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wichtig:<\/strong> Achte darauf, dass iPhone und Apple Watch auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Wenn nicht, kann es sein, dass das Backup nicht angezeigt wird. Inhalte, die du seit dem letzten Backup ge\u00e4ndert hast \u2013 zum Beispiel Aktivit\u00e4ten oder Einstellungen \u2013 gehen verloren. Gesundheits- und Aktivit\u00e4tsdaten werden automatisch in iCloud gespeichert, solange du auf allen Ger\u00e4ten mit demselben Apple-Konto angemeldet bist. Diese Daten werden automatisch auf dem neuen iPhone aktualisiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wenn-du-dein-altes-iphone-nicht-mehr-hast\">Wenn du dein altes iPhone nicht mehr hast<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch ohne das alte Ger\u00e4t kannst du die Apple Watch weiter nutzen, aber du musst sie zur\u00fccksetzen. Daf\u00fcr h\u00e4ltst du gleichzeitig die Digital Crown und die Seitentaste gedr\u00fcckt, bis die Uhr neu startet. Danach dr\u00fcckst du fest auf den Bildschirm oder h\u00e4ltst die Krone gedr\u00fcckt und tippst auf \u201eZur\u00fccksetzen\u201c. Danach bringst du dein iPhone in die N\u00e4he deiner Uhr und folgst den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm. Falls du kein Backup hast, musst du die Uhr als neues Ger\u00e4t einrichten. In dem Fall musst du die Kopplung manuell aufheben \u2013 idealerweise noch auf dem alten iPhone \u2013 und die Uhr dann mit dem neuen iPhone verbinden. Pr\u00fcfe zuerst, ob Health in iCloud aktiviert ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gehe auf beiden iPhones zu: Einstellungen &gt; [dein Name] &gt; iCloud &gt; In iCloud gespeichert &gt; Health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stelle sicher, dass Health aktiviert ist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Falls du iCloud nicht verwendet hast, kannst du versuchen, ein verschl\u00fcsseltes Backup deines alten iPhones auf deinem Computer zu erstellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setze dein neues iPhone zur\u00fcck und stelle es mit diesem Backup wieder her<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Danach musst du die Apple Watch erneut koppeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Achte dabei unbedingt auf ein verschl\u00fcsseltes Backup \u2013 nur so werden auch Gesundheitsdaten gesichert.
