This technology was first introduced in the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus and could also be used in future models such as the iPhone 17 Pro. This makes replacing the battery easier and could simplify repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New C1 mobile modem replaces Qualcomm<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Another big change in the iPhone 16e is the new C1 modem, which was developed by Apple itself.
