Below, you&#039;ll learn step-by-step how to use these new customization features.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple has continuously worked to provide more customization options to its users. This trend started with widgets in iOS 14, and iOS 18 takes it to a new level. Now you can customize the colors and design of your apps to your liking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-farben-und-thema-andern\">Change colors and theme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to change the colors and design of your apps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customize your home screen: Press and hold an empty area on the home screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit: Tap Edit in the top left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize: Select \u201cCustomize\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose mode: Choose between Auto, Dark, Light and Tinted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic: Changes the theme depending on the time of day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark and Light: Switch between dark and light symbols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tinted: Adjust the colors of all apps to a uniform color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize app icons: Choose between small (default) and large app icons.
